Terms of Service

By using Midas ("the service") you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Midas lets you connect your TikTok account, upload videos and schedule them to be published to that account at a time you choose, and view basic statistics of your videos. The service is provided free of charge, as is, without warranty of availability.

2. Your account and content

You must own, or be authorized to manage, every TikTok account you connect. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and publish, and it must comply with the TikTok Community Guidelines, the TikTok Terms of Service and applicable law. You keep all rights to your content; you grant us only the permission needed to store it until it is published and to send it to TikTok.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for spam, to publish content you have no rights to, to impersonate others or to circumvent TikTok's rules or limits.

4. Termination

You can disconnect an account or delete your data at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for posts that fail, are delayed or are rejected by TikTok, or for any indirect damages.
